Look at the spaces between the highlights
Hotel photographs tell only part of the story. A personal itinerary also needs to explain how you arrive, how the route fits together and what happens between destinations. Those details influence whether a journey feels calm or constantly in motion.
Review a proposal from arrival to departure. Identify each transfer, where you meet your guide and whether you have time to settle in before the next activity.
Make the quotation specific
Ask for the room type, number of nights, meal arrangements and activities to be written clearly. Where an accommodation is listed as “or similar”, ask how alternatives will be proposed and confirmed.
A tailored journey should also explain what remains optional. Separate your essentials from the nice-to-have experiences so your planner can protect the moments that matter most to you.
Share the way you like to travel
Two guests can choose the same destinations and still need very different itineraries. Tell us whether you enjoy early starts, photography stops, longer lodge afternoons or a more active day. Share those preferences before the routing is finalized, rather than waiting until the trip is underway.
